DeMarco Reynolds is the CEO of Reynolds & Reynolds Facility Services, Inc. A privately-held commercial and industrial janitorial service provider, founded in 1988. Mr. Reynolds believes in using the hands-on approach when establishing new business relationships and while servicing existing accounts. He believes in a fast response time, listening and understanding  customer needs, and accountability.

In 2010, the Nashville Business Journal named Reynolds & Reynolds as a finalist in the “Best in Business” Awards.  In 2008, the company was honored as the “Supplier of the Year” by the Tennessee Minority Supplier Development Council.  He and his wife, Sharon, were also honored as the “Mentors of the Year” by the Christian Community Services, Inc., an organization that mentors families toward independence, higher education, and home-ownership.  DeMarco serves as a board member of the Nashville Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America organization, and has been an annual builder volunteer for the Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity.
